Assessment Forms 
All assessments must now be completed online at BLT Online 
Please refer to the information on our BLT Online NQT Service page.
If an NQT starts their induction on 1st September their assessments are due as follows: 

1st Assessment Form 
Due at the end of the Autumn Term (for full-time NQTs)
2nd Assessment Form
Due at the end of the Spring Term (for full-time NQTs)
Final Assessment
Due at the end of the Summer Term (for full-time NQTs)

Interim Assessment
Please complete the interim assessment form below if your NQT leaves mid-term and email it to nqt@learningtrust.net. Email us if you have any questions.

Following feedback from you on the target pro-forma, please find our new version entitled 'NQT target development record'. Please can we ask that and targets now be recorded on this form.
Remember, it is important to set your NQT targets against the standards throughout the year to ensure that they are making satisfactory progress and receiving appropriate support.

Progress Record

This can be used as an auditing tool for monitoring progress over the induction period. Adopt a ‘best fit’ approach that relies on the professional judgement of the NQT Mentors and SLT.  This document can be used as a tool for monitoring progress over time, with future targets and observations focussing on areas identified for improvement.  The judgements should be reflected on the assessment forms.
